SAT-A-DOLL

Pharmaceutical Form: Suspension

It is used for serological diagnosis of antibodies formed in brucella infections caused by smooth brucella bacteria in humans and animals.

FOR INVITRO USE

It is a dead bacteria suspension standardized and prepared with Brucella abortus S 99 strain.

It is used for serological diagnosis of antibodies formed in brucella infections caused by smooth brucella bacteria in humans and animals.

For serum dilution, take 5 clean tubes (13-14 mm. x 100 mm.) and put 0,8 ml from 0,5% TFTS into the first tube, 0,5 ml into the second tube, and the other tubes. 0,2 ml of serum to be examined is placed into the first tube, mix well, then take 0,5 ml and put into the second tube. This dilution process continues until the last tube. Take 0,5 ml from the last tube and dispose. In this way serum dilutions should be 1/5, 1/10, 1/20, 1/40 and 1/80. With addition of 0,5 ml of Standard Brucella Agglutination Antigen into each tube, serum dilution rates should be 1/10, 1/20, 1/40, 1/80 and 1/160. Leave tubes for incubation at 37°C for 17-24 hours and read the results. It is recommended to work with positive and negative control method in each test. For positive serum, a positive serum with a known titer, for negative control TFTS can be used. Work with reaction standards in each examination to prevent illusions and mistakes while reading reactions.

First, Standard Brucella Agglutination Antigen is mixed in half by half with physiological saline with 0.5% phenol. (2 ml. Antigen + 2 ml. FTS with 0.5% phenol) 5 clean agglutination tubes are taken

These tubes are left incubated for 17-24 hours at 37 ° C with the serum.

Inspections are evaluated based on the degree of turbidity that control tubes will display.

Antigen should be kept at +2°C / +8°C in a dark place and prevent it from freezing.,

Shelf life is 2 years.

100 ml antigen is packaged in its own box in 100 ml volume amber-colored type III glass vials.
